The bottom of C32 should connect to GND rather than VC0.
The input filter caps Cc (C1, C2, C3...) may be smaller, such as 0.22 to avoid voltage errors observed during cell balancing due to filter settling. If you are using an EVM you can see this in the EVM.
R23, R27, and R32 were provided on the EVM as current sense measurement shunts. You don't need these for operation, single resistors (R22, R26, R31) are suitable for the device, you have the commonly recommended values.
Be sure to operate the board with the thermistors attached or substitute resistance to avoid an XREADY condition.
