Hi Louis,

Schematic looks good.

Pins 19 to 24 are N.C pins. The N.C pins are internally not connected and are floating pins. For the ease of PCB layout you can use short together to the nearest planes (VIN ,VOUT or GND). On the EVM, pin 24 is connected to VIN and pin 19 is connected to VOUT and remaining NC pins to GND.

Please add thermal relief (PCB copper area) to the device like the way we did on EVM. 

Under which test condition, the device damage happened ?
