TL431: Output current for 24V to 10V regulation

Hi,

We designed a 24V to 10V regulation circuit using TL431BIDBVR as suggested in Figure 27, Page 25 of the datasheet. Our design is also enclosed for your reference. Below are the major required parameters :

VIN = +24V

VOUT = +10V

Iout = 25mA

We would like to understand this design will work?

Whether we can generate 25mA to 30mA of Load current using this design. Please confirm.
