UCC3895: Configured the Circuit to get the dead time 220nsec, But i am getting around 340nsec practically

Hi Ti Team,

Good afternoon Guys.....

this Query is specifically about the Dead time setting of UCC3895. as per My design, circuit is configured for Fixed Dead time of 220nsec. when i checked the dead time practically using the digital oscilloscope, i am getting around 340nsec. what will be the possible reasons? please Help me come out from the issue?
