Hi Egor,
The TI top marking database only returns "L0RA" for this device, so it should be good. Here is the link that you may use to find the marking.

But marking is absent on bottom side, this is normal? You can help me in this?
Hi Egor,
Let me reach to our QA to confirm, please allow 2 business day for me to get back to you.
Regards,
Jason
I have sent out the inquiry and I will get back to you as soon as I hear back from them.
Hi Egor,
Will you please help to provide where those units have been obtained? Do you have any lot trace code or any traceable information from the package when the parts were received?

We wasn't to order. I am working in research laboratory, we researched this circuit. Why you ask me?
It's for our internal investigation. As you suggested, normally they would contain bottom marking, and our quality engineer needs some additional information to confirm whether it's normal for some parts not to have the bottom marking.
Hi Egor,
Based on the feedback from our QA, that bottom mark should exist. The top mark ‘L0RA’ only identifies the device. However nearly all of our devices include a datecode or lot trace code marking for traceability. The bottom marking would be that datecode or lot trace code. This information may also be encoded in binary within the topmark but that does not appear to be the case. These do not appear to be legitimate TI parts if they are missing the bottom marking.
If you wish to do so, they may make a counterfeit report at https://www.ti.com/support-quality/quality-policies-procedures/anti-counterfeit.html
However if you have no idea where the parts came from or do not have a papertrail, there is not much we can do. If you are just needing some samples of devices you can obtain free samples on TI.com
