Hi
It seems that the highest withstand voltage of the TI 431 family is only 36V.
As the output voltage needs to exceed 60V, must be added to the voltage regulator at the feedback circuit of TL431.
I would like to ask if there is a higher withstand voltage 431 (or related application materials can also be used) to avoid additional voltage regulator circuits. Thanks.
Regards,
Rock
Hi Rock,
It is rare to see a TL431 require more than 60V.
Can you tell me more about the application?
Is this a single rail output?
Is there a sub <36V output voltage rail available?
