Hi Rock!
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in the LM5036! We are currently not offering an AEC-Q100 qualified version of the LM5036, but I strongly suggest you look into the LM25037-Q1 and the UC2825A-Q1 for some automotive qualified alternative half bridge controllers!
Thanks again for getting in touch, I hope this information helps!

Hi Aidan,
Thanks for your anwser, and has two question as the below,
1. Whether LM25037-Q1 has AEC-Q100 which is currently the latest IC? Is any update or new?
2. Because LM5036 has secondary SR, but LM25037 does not have secondary SR, does TI have SR with AEC-Q100 solution IC?
Regards
Rock
Hi Rock!
Thanks for getting back to me! I think these questions overlap with this thread, so consider this my answer to both. The LM25037-Q1 is our most up-to-date automotive push-pull solution. Currently TI does not have any automotive qualified SR controllers. If a non-automotive-qualified SR solution would be at all feasible, I would suggest looking into using the UCC24612 in conjunction with the LM25037 (or the LM5030).
Thanks again for reaching out, I hope this information helps!
