Hi Kao,

Schematic looks good.

For improvement, please use 100nF for PC5, PC10 and add place holder for resistors as shown below.

Hi Delun,

The resistor shown above + PC11 forms as filter to attenuate any noise from the source. These are optional place holders and needs to decided during your board evaluation.
