Customer implemented the dV/dt start-up circuit as below. However, when product is doing the surge test on the input power rail of 24V with 500V 8u/20us. the PGD would be easily fault triggered by UV/OV threshold of LM5069.
If dV/dt startup circuit is removed, the problem is gone. could you comment what's the workaround solution to solve this problem? Very thanks.
