UCC2897A: Could you help review UCC2897A schematic?

Hi,

We want to use UCC2897A to design isolated SSR flyback dc-dc ,could you help review our schematic and give your recommendations?

The attachments are the schematic file and power transformer datasheet.D_762S157001_V02-1.pdf UCC2897ARGPR_ Schematic_20201012.pdf

Requirement as below,

Vin dc=54V

Vout=4V

Iout=7.5A

Note:We referred to our another project and which used PoE TPS2373-4RGWR with UCC2897ARGPR ,we only did some modifications(R122,R128,U102,T101).

Hi Chen!

Thanks for your patience! The only thing that jumps out to me is that R122 seems on the big side. What was the output voltage and R122 & R128 for your previous design?

Hi Aidan,

R122=2K ,R126=10K ,R128=2.61K and output voltage=12V for previous design.

Hi Chen,

Nothing jumps out at me, if this is from a previously working design I don't see any glaring reasons why it wouldn't work. Have you simulated / built this out yet? How are your waveforms looking if you have?
