Prahlad,

As by the datasheet the maximum junction temperature of the device is supported up to 125C. Is there something about the datasheet that is unclear?

Are you suggesting that recommended operating temperature range of the device is -40 to 125degC ?

I thought that's Junction temperature & operating temperature range would be lower than 125degC.

Prahlad,

The absolute maximum junction temperature of the device is 150C so the recommended junction temperature (and by extension operating temperature) is 125C.

Yes. This was the error described in the original post at . I have forwarded this error to the relevant web team to fix. The operating temperature to use should be the datasheet junction temperature.
