I tried several times to download the Chemistry Updater installer for bq Evaluation/bqEasy software "ChemicalUpdater-831-windows-installer.exe" but when i ran it in my windows10 the following message always comes "installer payload initialization failed. this is likely due to an incomplete or corrupt downloaded file". can you send me the file directly to my company email derong.yuan@tristarmulticopters.com ?
