I am having trouble simulating UCC21520 (Image added) in LTspice for SiC.
My main circuit is a half bridge consisting two SiC Mosfets (Image added). While I drive the half bridge using UCC21520, at the load I receive a clamped current in negative cycle (Image added). But it should be symmetrical in positive and negative side. The gate drivers are performing as they shoul I guess (Giving 20/-5 V output). If someone can help, will be appreciated.
