BQ24610: 4 Cell Li-Ion pack slowly discharges after weeks of operation while connected to charger

Hi Timothy,

    The schematic did not get attached correctly. BQ24610 has inbuilt recharge threshold so it should detect when the voltage on VFB falls by 50mV, after which it will trigger a new charge cycle, if adapter is present. Can you check if there is a fault condition that is disabling the charger?

STAT2 flashes solid for about a half second, then off for several seconds.  I don't have this part in my lab, so I cannot tell you what STAT1 is doing.  I do know that the part will not re-start charging as expected when the VFB drops.  The RRC pack, then becomes so discharged, the outputs are turned off and the charger does not recognize there is a battery attached (best guess).  Here is another shot at attaching the schematic:

   VFB target voltage should be 2.1V and not 1.8V as shown in the schematic. Regarding the recharge threshold, can you try one test by removing c79. For both cases, please take a scope capture of PH, VCC, VFB (set offset on this signal to 2.1V and the scale to 100mV) and SRN.
