Hi Ning,

I just found there is different in the formula of BQ25616 and BQ2589x.

Is it still ok to use Bq2589x tool for BQ25616?

Dear Sir,

I still have question about the calculation!

As the datasheet state above, it means I will get RT1=5.3K and RT2=31.14K if I input 27.28 for 0C and 4.911 for 45C, right?

However, in the excel, I got 5.21 for RT1 and 29.87 for RT2!!

Is there anything wrong with it?

Hi,

Users should choose the closest standard resistor values to the calculated RT1 and RT2 results. And also double-check the actual protection temperature range on the boards.
