TPS22810: SPICE model imported into ADS not functioning properly

Hi Lysny,

I am not familiar with ADS so the errors might be arising due to incorrect importing of the .lib file.

The pins on the models directly correspond to the DBV package of TPS22810.

1 - VIN

2 - GND

3 - EN_UVLO

4 - CT

5 - QOD

6 - VOUT

Okay. I'll try reimporting the part or rewiring the schematic. I need s parameter extraction from this part though in order to complete customer analysis. If someone could help with this, I would appreciate it.

Hi Lysny,

 I would suggest reaching out to a modelling resource for better support on S parameter extraction. My knowledge of this is quite basic and limited to this App Note from Pspice: https://www.pspice.com/resources/application-notes/obtain-s-parameter-data-probe-window

S-param extraction is a feature in ADS, but needs a properly functioning load switch in order to work. The help I need is really something similiar to John Miller's in this thread:
