Hi, Team,

Now my customer is using TLV71333 and they are searching LDO part with the latch protection at overcurrent(Vo shorted to GND).

The spec requested of IC is;

VIN range=2.4v - 6V,  Programmable VO= 2.4 ～ 3.3V , Iomax=50mA

Is there any recommendation?

    Hi Someno-san,

    Please confirm, but based off of the requirements it seems you are looking for a device that has reverse current protection in the case of a latch-up event. If so then TPS706 would be an excellent choice here.
