LM27761: LM27761DSG

Part Number: LM27761

Since the current consumption at the -3.1V output end is very small (less than 5mA), if the use of C32 is large, will the C32 cause the breakdown of the switch tube inside the chip during charging or discharging? Are the capacitance values of the three capacitors in our circuit, C28, C32 and C33, reasonable for such small current output applications?

  • Hi,

As seen from your schematic, C28-4.7uF, C32-1uF and C33-4.7uF is as per the datasheet recommendations.

So, I am not expecting any problem.

Please let me know if you have any further questions. If not, I will go ahead and close this thread.
