TPS62864: Package outline

Part Number: TPS62864

Hi Team,

Package outline is shown on both P30 and P37 of the datasheet.
but which should I refer to?
www.ti.com/.../tps62864.pdf

In P30, package dimension is
D: max = 1.8 mm, min = 1.76 mm
E: max = 1.07 mm, min = 1.03 mm

And P37,
D: max = 1.77 mm, min = 1.71 mm
E: max = 1.04 mm, min = 0.98 mm

The form information is different from each other, and I want to confirm which one should refer to.

Let me check on this and reply back on Monday. The dimensions are very similar, so hopefully it is not stopping you from proceeding with your design.

Hi Tom,

I confirmed that the first package drawing, with the 1.78 x 1.05 mm dimensions, is the correct one. The second one will be removed next week.

Thank you for your reply.

But "1.78 x 1.05 mm" is wirtten on "Device Information" on P1 and I can't find it on P30 or P37.

So do you mean the both dimensions on page 30 and page 37 are incorrect?

Hi Tom,

Like all devices, this one has nominal dimensions and a tolerance. The nominal size is 1.78 x 1.05 mm. There is a +/- 20um tolerance on these nominal dimensions. This matches page 30.

Does that make sense?
