TPSM846C24: Reflow problem solving

Hello team,

My customer uses TPSM846C24 on the prototype.

However, it dropped out at the second reflow as TPSM846C24 was on the first reflow side.

I considered LMZ31530 as an option, but LMZ31530's lower peak reflow temp (Level-3-245C-168 HR) doesn't meet the customer's requirement.

Could you please give me some ideas?

Or, do you have any plan to update the LMZ31530 reflow spec?
