UC3526: Is this IC is suitable for high frequency circuits?

Hi,

We used uc3526 PWM controller IC for full bridge converter topology with 100kHz frequency for 1.2kW. But the input side of transformer, we are not getting proper pulsed dc waveform. Ringing is more and we cant see the dead time in the waveform. When we checked for lower frequency of 25kHz, we got proper pulsed dc with dead time in the waveform. What might be the issue and if there any alternate solution/IC, please suggest..
