Hello,

Dear Sirs or Madams,

 I’m trying to calculate the TS resistor network for BQ25611 (page 23 in DS) for a Fey Battery PA-UL-LNB46.R001, but I’m getting negative values for R2. Could you please check it?

My questions:

 

  1. Which exact value I have to use for V T1% and V T5 % in equation on page 23 for RT2? There are FALL and RISE values in the datasheet.
  2. Using parameters above, RT2 becomes negative. Is there any spread sheet for calculation for that charger device?

T1=0°C   T2=10°C   T3=45°C   T5=60°C

NTC 10kOhm, B-value 25°C/85°C=3980K

R NTC T1 (0°C)=33,932K

R NTC T5 (10°C)=2,460K

Vregn=4,7V

V T1 % (assumption 73%)=3,384V

V T5 % (assumption 33,5%)=1,57V
