We would like to do EMI and EMC test on the evaluation module. If you have done the same, would you share the paper or application note?

    Hello,

    There is EMI data in the User's Guide. However, EMI is a system level solution. So unless every component and the layout are EXACTLY the same, the results will change. So my point is, for your system, my advice would be to wait to test EMI until your system is built.
