We are sorry that you are having issues importing the UCC28951 PSpice model into LTSpice.
Texas Instruments does not support LTSpice. I would suggest you contact ADIs application team that support LTSpice to help resolve your issue.
TI does offer a free version of PSpice which you can use to run simulations that is downloadable. Please find the link to the software below.
