Dear Sir,

Currently using UCC27710 - 3No's to drive 6 Mosfets

Please suggest 6 Channel version of UCC27710 to 6 No's Mosfets bridge inverter.

    Hello Murthy,

    Thank you for the interest in the UCC27710. We do not have a similar device with 6 channels, or multi half bridge drivers with the 600V ratings.

    Many designers find that the separate drivers are an advantage regarding layout and placement close to the MOSFET's.

    Confirm if this addresses your questions, or you can post additional questions on this thread.

    Hello Murthy,

    There are gate drivers in a different product group than mine that are set up for 3 phase motor systems.

    I am not sure however if the voltage ratings will be adequate even for 100V.

    The drivers of this type are with the part number DRVxxxx. You can see on TI.com if there is a part that will work for you.

    If you have a question on one of these parts, make sure you start a thread with that part number so an expert on that product will get your notice.
