Is there any other thermal information for this device? Also, would it be possible to request for thermal model request? The reason for this is that they would like to run thermal simulation and they nee this information. We appreciate your help..

We may have to put in a thermal model request. I am not too keen on the process but I may need the layout of your board - since thermals are very dependent on board layout.

Let me see if I could get it from our customer. On the other hand, I think there is a standard modeling for the thermal resistances same as how they get thermal resistances on other devices. Maybe like what shown here: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spra953c/spra953c.pdf#page=6
