Electrical Characteristics on page 7 in the datasheet, it says,

TEMPERATURE RANGE
Specified Range –40 125 °C
Operating Range –55 125 °C

what's different between Specified Range and Operating Range?

The device is capable of operating at the wider operating range without any damage but the parameters specified in the electrical table are not guaranteed. There are a few parameters which are specified over the -40 to 125C but none of the parameters are specified over the wider temperature range.
