Part Number: UCD3138A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD7138, UCD3138

hi,

In the [LLCHBFirmware-1.2], there is a UCD3138A and a UCD3138A-Sunflower.

Would you please tell me on function what`s the difference between these 2 ?

As I cannt find any imformation about the Sunflower on web.

thanks!

Xiaofeng Wu

  • Sunflower is the UCD7138.  It's a gate driver with adaptive dead time adjustment.  It works with digital hardware in all the UCD3138 family A generation parts to optimize dead times in some topologies.  Search for UCD7138, and you will find the information.

  • Thanks you for confirmation, that what i guessed, because the code is different only at DTC : )

    by the way,

Is there any document to explain about the details of the code [LLCHBFirmware-1.2].

that would save a lot of my time on study.

  • Xiaofeng, if you send me a friend request, I can send you a link to an old unpublished document we have.  It's not up to date, but I believe it will be helpful.  Sorry I missed your request.  For some reason I missed some notifications.

  • Bower,

thank u so much for the kindly help, I'v send you a friend request, please confirm.

I am so looking forward to the document.
