Hi, team

when I want to install GUI for TPS63810EVM, it shows me this window. "Downloads from web" seems doesn't work, where can I install the GUI composer Runtime?

Hi, Jasper.

I tried several times, and it works. install the GUI successful, but it shows me "hardware not connected", the LED light green on USB interface adapter, and give TPS63810 4V input, 2V CV load.

did you try another PC?

we will try if we have similar issue Thursday or Friday next week because of public holiday.

Hi Mona,

I have checked it on EVM and the hardware can be connected successfully. Have you tried to place the jumper across EN and ON pins to enable the device? Then enable input voltage and click on the Connect button in the lower left corner of the GUI window to connect.
