Hello Kishor,
Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. Your design is very similar to the TIDA-00364 reference design which is a 5kW inverter using the 5 x CSD19536KTT in parallel for top and bottom FETs in each phase. As such, the schematic and PCB layout are also very similar. I have reviewed your schematic, component placement and layout and they look pretty good to me. I cannot really comment on current density as this is dictated by your design rules and recommendations from your PCB vendor. I will ask the team responsible for TIDA-00364 to also review your design. My only concern is if 4 x FETs in parallel can handle 200A operating and 400A peak current and be effectively cooled. As pointed out above, TIDA-00364 is using 5 FETs in parallel for 130A rms. I will follow up with you as soon as I have more information.
Thanks,
John Wallace
TI FET Applications
Hello John Wallance,
Thank you for your valuable feedback, As you mentioned It would be great if it is also out reviewed by team working on TIDA-00364 so that based on their feedback we will move forward with the design plans.

Hello Kishor,
My colleague also reviewed the design and it looks good to him as well. We would recommend validating the thermal solution with simulations and testing.
Thanks,
John
