Qualification Summary shows that HBM, CDM, and MSL is on component data sheet. MSL is on datasheet. HBM and CDM is not present. Should this testing be performed during qualification as it shows a sample of 3/lot?

Hi,
Unfortunately, TI does not have ESD test data for UCC25702. Thanks for connecting through E2E and we hope you are still able to qualify the UCC25702 for your design without the ESD test levels. Otherwise, we hope we can work to help find a different controller that includes the ESD documentation you require.
I understand that you don't "currently" have the ESD information. Both myself and a totally unrelated 2nd individual have asked for this information in the last few days. In keeping with ANSI/ESD SP5.0-2018, which states that both HBM and CDM levels should be reported and your own Qualification Report which incorrectly states that this information is contained in the data sheet, why don't you just get it tested?
Sorry, my answer is an official answer. If you do not accept this official reply, you may go through your TI sales office to ask further. As this is our official answer, we cannot move any further on ESD of UCC25702. I will have to close this thread.
