DRA829V: MMC2 interface - Card Detect signal

Hello Team,

We are planning to use MMC1_SDCD(P23) , MMC2_SDCD (W2) for PCIe_REFCLK signals. But looks like MMC interface is required for initial boot from the SD Card as for First time eMMC will be not partitioned so we need to boot to QNX by using SD card. From QNX we need to partition eMMC and flash the image and filesystem from SDCard to eMMC. Our application requires 4 PCIeREFCLK and eMMC interface. 

Can we use other GPIO pin for CARD detect rather then those MMC1_SDCD pins.  Could you please help.
