J721EXSOMXEVM: EVM can not boot with SD card contents come with EVM

Hi Expert,

My customer bought J721EXSOMG01EVM  and J721EXCP01EVM .
One SD card is included in the package, but there is no information about the card content.

Q1) Where can I find information about the code inside the SD card ?

Q2) Is customer able to boot the SD Card or he have to build sdk and create boot sd by himself?

    Hi,

    Can you

    1. Put the SD card in PC and see it's contents ? Does it have boot and rootfs partitions ?

    2. If it has a rootfs partition with Linux filesystem then it's formatted with Linux, else it's RTOS

    You need to set the bootmodes correctly on the EVM and then boot. Refer to the appropriate SDK documentation. Linux, RTOS

    You can also create your own SD card from the SDK and boot
