DM6437: maximum operating frequency of McBSP in SPI mode

The cycle time of the McBSP is 2P and P is 8.5ns for 700Mhz device. So the  max frequency of McBSP is ~58Mhz.for a DM6437-700. Please note that the hold, delay and setup times in SPI mode are higher than for the non-SPI ones and that needs to be taken into account. The slave SPI mode requires the McBSP internal 8x faster than the master clock.
