I tested the TDI PIN and found no waveform.  If the wire is the problem, how should I replace it?

Do you have another cable you can try? I would like to check to see if the issue is with the cable or the probe itself. If you have another probe, you can take the cable from that one and try it with the one where you see the issue.

This Blackhawk USB560V2 System Trace Emulator has errors when using the CCS10 debugger, ERR230, ERR231, ERR233, ERR234 and ERR235 in turns. Is the Emulator broken?

This is a low level JTAG connectivity issue. In most cases the issue is not with the emulator but with the physical JTAG connections on the actual board. Please see:
