Our customer is looking for the following information.
pad size on component
pad type on component (SMD or NSMD)
that pad that the solder ball sits on
theres a pad on the part, and then theres a solder ball that goes on the pad. i need to know the size of that pad
and then pad type is either solder mask defined or non solder mask define. there should be a dimension for the solder mask diameter and the pad size diameter
I have shared the Ultralibrarian from the CAD/CAE symbols section of the product page but the customer didn't find the information he is looking for. Can you please provide those information?
