Does K2H14 work without any HW/SW modification if it's replaced from K2H12?
I don't need any additional feature which are added in k2H14.
I already have all the HW/SW environment with k2H12, and I just want to replace the device from K2H12 to K2H14.
(I means, I just want to use K2H14 as k2H12 to reuse the HW/SW environment to K2H12 as is.)
At Hw point of view, pin size could be same.
However, some additional pins are added from K2H12 to K2H14 (e.g. pins for 10G ether).
Do we have to do some HW modify for it?
Is there any other concern to replace from K2H12 to K2H14?
At SW point of view, I believe that all of the function in K2H12 could be run also on K2H14 well without any modification.
But, I'm afraid that I have to add some initialization code to handle the additional features which are added at K2H14 (e.g. 10G ether).
Do we have to do some SW modify?
