Hi TI,
I want to setup a firewall to protect some region from unauthorized access.
Do I have to boot the device as an High Secure (HS) device? Or does a normal boot (GP) also work? If I have to boot the device as HS, are these guides (https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/963964/faq-processor-sdk-dra8x-tda4x-how-to-build-sysfw-itb-file-for-hs-device, https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/958666/faq-processor-sdk-dra8x-tda4x-how-to-build-uboot-and-spl-for-the-hs-device) still up to date?
This guide (https://software-dl.ti.com/jacinto7/esd/processor-sdk-linux-jacinto7/07_03_00_05/exports/docs/linux/How_to_Guides/Host/K3_Resource_Partitioning_Tool.html) mentions in 4.1.15.2.4 Firewall Configuration that "Currently the generated firewall files cannot be integrated into u-boot directly. The firewall support in u-boot is not added officially." When do you plan to release this feature? Or is there already an other way to integrate j721e_firewall_data.c from Resource Partitioning Tool?
Thanks for your help and best regards,
Felix
