We are working on an image processor card which will have a DM6467 dsp.
Both HDMI, component and a simple LCD interface will be available on it. But DM6467 has a 16-bit YCbCr digital (RAW) output (Cb and Cr multiplexed for 4:2:2 mode). Also DM6467 does not support saperate HSYNC, VSYNC, DE signals.
So, a flatlink (LVDS) transmitter does not seem as an option in order to drive a LCD panel (NEC 1024x768, 4-line+CLK LVDS interface, 24-bit;8-bpp, typ. 65MHz DCLK, DE; 48363KHz for horizantal and 60 Hz for vertical. ).
Could you please give me a suggestion whether TI has a single or more chip solution in order to design 16-bit to LVDS interface for DM6467 is possible or not?
