Hi ANUBHAV AKASH,

What you have shared tell how to test the driver with the audio pipeline as a subdevice driver.

My question is I want to test and configure the McASP . Do we have some test application for the same.

Hi,

It seems that you are looking for a standalone application to test McASP. If so, there is no such kind of application. McASP is supported as a CPU DAI driver in ALSA SoC, hence it can only be configured/exercised via audio (i.e. like aplay/arecord or other tools).
