AM3358: Crypto issue when the device is hot

Part Number: AM3358

Hi Team,

Our customer used AM3358 in their applications and is having issues when the device temperature reached 130F. According to the customer, when they try SSH into the chip, if it is 'hot' it blocks them from logging into their application. When they cool it, it seems to allow them to login, same for TLS or any form of encryption. They have several devices which exhibit the same issue. The main core seems to be working but the crypto seems to be where it breaks down at relatively 'low' temperature.

Our customer asked these questions:

1. Is this specific chip temp sensitive?

2. is there another chip less temp sensitive?

Regards,

Danilo
