TDA4VM: TDA4VM: Can Display Port0 be converted DP to HDMI?

SDK is psdk_rtos_auto_j7_07_00_00_11

Is it active DP to HDMI monitor? can you please check? If it is not, it will not work.

We used this converter test in the PC, PC connected to the DP interface, the monitor connected to the HDMI interface, can normally display

Not sure about the pc, but DP0 output from EVM requires this convertor to be active convertor.. Passive convertors will not work with the DP0 output.

We use DP line directly connected to the DP interface on the monitor, running DEMO can display images normally

Only active DP to HDMi works and also we have tested very few Dp2HDMI, so difficult to say if it will work.

Is it possible for you to test using the latest 7.3 SDK?  I am not sure that it was functional in the 7.0 SDK.  Also, are you using Linux or QNX as the HLOS?

Yes, we have tested this adapter and it is functional on our end.  Could you try disabling ethernet firmware on 7.3 SDK as described below and see if this works?

We used the 7.3SDK for testing, and after disable the Ethernet, we can display images. We checked the Vision_Apps_Build_Flags file of the 7.0SDK, and found that there is no option to disable Ethernet. Please tell us that the 7.0SDK supports DP- >.Does HDMI display it?

We used 7.0SDK to disable the Ethernet, but the image still cannot be displayed normally. Does 7.0SDK not support DP to HDMI display?
