EZSDK 5.00.00.56 installation problem

Hallo,
I tried to install the EZSDK (5_00_00_56) on a Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 32-bit system (not in a virtual system).
I did the following steps:
- I downloaded the CodeSourcery GCC toolchain
- I executed the installer on the host with a .bin file extension as follows: ./arm-2009q1-203-arm-none-linux-gnueabi.bin
- I made the ezsdk installer executable: chmod +x ezsdk_myplatform-evm_5_00_xx_xx_setuplinux
- I started the installation: ./ezsdk_myplatform-evm_5_00_xx_xx_setuplinux

I got an error message at the third window. This is the message: "Überschrift kommt hier hin. Meldung kommt hier hin"
The only thing what I can do now is to cancel the installation.

Has anyone the same problem?

Kind regards

Martin
