TMDSEVM437X: Design issue about DDR Size? (2x8 bit 512MB /2x16 bit 512MB/1x32bit 1GB)

Hi  Ti

TMDSEVM437X has 4x8bit DDR 512M on board. Total 2GB

But I just keep 1GB Size now, But we would like guaranteed DDR size can be upgraded without re-layout。

Could you have some comments about the below idea?

We prefer Design #2.

Design #1:

Could we delete 2 of 4 DDR?  Just 2x8bit 512MB DDR onboard, The other 2 are DNI.Up to 2G-> Mount 4x512MB on board 

Design #2:

We copy IDK DDR design    (https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSIDK437X)

>>2x16Bit 512DDR.  Up to 2G-> We can update DDR Size from 2x%12 to 2x1GB DDR512

Design #3:

We copy IDK DDR design    (https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSIDK437X)

>>1x32Bit 1GB DDR.Up to 2G-> We can update DDR Size from 1x1GB to 1x2GB DDR
