CCSTUDIO: CCS always goes to the 'CCS Edit' perspective

Hi Team,

We would like to ask your help regarding the customer's inquiry below.

I am running CCS version 10.3.1.0003.
1. When I 'stop' a debugging session on my Launchpad board, CCS always goes to the 'CCS Edit' perspective; how can I change this behavior? I've tried setting the perspective options under 'Window -> Preferences -> General" and "Window -> Preferences -> Run/Debug" but none of my settings are able to change this behavior. I would like CCS to go back to a specific perspective (or at least go back to the previous perspective before the debug session started).
2. I'm trying to create a custom perspective for me, but for some reason, I am unable to enable the 'flash' tool on my toolbar, this option is greyed out and I can't seem to enable it as you can see in the snapshot below:
