Is there a document that contains the Vcc and Gnd bounce numbers for the AM35xx family in the ZER package?
If not, what is the typical package inductance for the power pins and gnd pins? The ibis models contain worst case switching speeds for the I/O but I wasn't able to find the inductances required for these calculations.
