I need TMS320C6657 TCP code software routine, no system .Could you kindly provide my request file or link ?

    The SDK has NDK. NDK has TCP stack support. Are you looking for TCP stack reference implementation or some TCP example on NDK?

    There is NDK client example, but it is not TCP example.

     NDK provides the TCP/UDP echo server sample programs, probably he can refer to that.

    ndk_3_76_00_05\packages\ti\ndk\tools\servers\echosrv.c

    The only software offering for these devices is what you in the SDK. There are no additional examples or software and no plans to create anything new.
