AM6442: Value of Decoupling capacitors

Hi there,

I would like to understand the necessary value of the decoupling capacitors for AM6442. The SK-AM64x starter kit  schematic there is a comment to use 100nF on each pin.

Is it possible to reduce the value of the decoupling capacitor from 100nF to 47nF or 68nF or to share same pins with 1x 100nF?
