Documentation for compiler/linker used for the M3

I have sample code from TI. When I build it, I see the compiler executable name is cl470. I found spnu151f.pdf that I believe goes with this.

I also see the linker executable name - it is lnk470. However, I can not find the User's Guide for this.

Does some one have the name of the lnk470 User's Guide?
