Hi,

the Pinmux Sysconfig configuration for the AM64xx is still "AM64x_Beta".

When can we expect a production version of that configuration?

What are the known issues?

Hi Gunter,

"Beta" refers to the status of the device, not the tool. It is still there because the device (AM64xx) is not RTM'ed yet. For Sysconfig tool, the latest release has no known issues.

Hi Jianhong,

SysConfig (1.8.0+1863) tool creates pinmux entries in devicetree.dtsi for AM64x with 'x' in lower case, it should be uppercase to match macro defined in the header file.

Are there any plans to add more peripheral support entries in dts file? like clock tree, power-domains, interrupts, dma channels...

Hey Joe,

I will mention this functionality to the various stakeholders for review (SDTO, Linux, and BU SW teams). An implementation strategy and release timeline estimates for new code-generation features for the .dtsi file will be determined at a later date.
